Crow

Daniel Parker is Rain City's mysterious vigilante, Crow. He is an extremely skilled fighter and detective. He is working to save Rain City from all of the criminal rot that has plagued it for over a century. Many mysteries plague Daniel from his past which continue to resurface at horrible times. His origin is riddled with tragedy and heartbreak.

Derek Johnson

An intrepid investigative reporter that got a big break from reporting on Crow and showing the public that he is really a hero and not a criminal like those that he takes down. He was kidnapped by "The Mayor," Rain City's most powerful mob boss. Johnson was later rescued by Crow from the Shanghai Tunnels located beneath Rain City.

Tabitha Danista

Deemed the "most beautiful" female reporter in the Pacific Northwest by her mobs of adoring fans. She gained national fame when she started dating Franklin Cleveland, the founder of Steam Tech Enterprises.

Reaper

An incredibly powerful adversary of both Crow and Wolf. He was thought to be dead, but with recent sightings of a "reaper" in Rain City even has Crow worried. He has enough superhuman strength to rip off car doors and kick full dumpsters hard enough to send them flying. He had the same training as Crow while he was a Death God; however, he always resorts to animalistic brutality over tactics to destroy his opponents.

Alphaman

Orion Zich was the first "superhero" in Rain City. He has been helping the homeless and apathetic people of Rain City by bringing them food, survival bags, and even stopping ninjas to protect those in need. He is a close ally of Crow.

Mistress Moon

Lilith Romano a.k.a. Mistress Moon has been in an on/off relationship with Sean O'Brien a.k.a. The Archer since 2004. She joined the S4R movement a few months after O'Brien joined in hopes that their relationship would be less strained. She is a decent shot with her pistols and she uses a custom, wrist-mounted, flamethrower that O'Brien built for her.

Wolf

Curtis Fox is Crow's closest ally and friend in his war on crime in Rain City. He's cocky and incredibly witty, but doesn't normally know when to keep his mouth shut!

Captain Meow-Meow

Amber Norris is a feline-inspired, super powered, animal rights activist that knew Crow before he donned the armor. She is madly in love with Crow's alter-ego, Daniel Parker.

Debug

Antonio Rolf was a close friend of Daniel Parker, Crow's alter-ego, from his days before he donned the armor. He acquired powers from his conscience being trapped inside a virtual reality game that he was debugging at Steam Tech Enterprises during the Locust Gang's takeover. He can manifest equipment that he has equipped to his virtual reality avatar and use whatever abilities the equipment has i.e. flight, super speed, superhuman strength, etc.

Jester

Jason O'Sullivan a.k.a. The Jester is the right-hand man of Jackie Fritz a.k.a. Clown Face. He was so awe struck by his idol, Jackie Fritz, that he decided that everything his idol did was the right thing and that everything else was trash.

Steam Tech

Franklin Cleveland, an entrepreneur and philanthropist who founded Steam Tech Enterprises, a multi-billion dollar tech company. He is an air force veteran who was captured by the Locust Gang in Tajikistan after they attacked the air base he was a communication specialist at. He has a prosthetic eye, arm, and leg that double as powerful gadgetry such as finger digits that can fire knockout darts, a digital display in his prosthetic eye, etc.

The Stranger

A mysterious woman who is a member of a group that trying to create the perfect weapon: an artificial created human that has the fighting skills and unique abilities of the world's best fighters and the intellect of the world's most brilliant minds. The Stranger herself is a clone of a long deceased private eye with a few new skills such as computer hacking and mastery of Krav Maga, Aikido, Brazillian Jiu-Jitsu, and Kickboxing.

Clown Face

Jackie Fritz a.k.a. Clown Face is the deranged psychopath that unleashed a massive crime wave on Rain City and brainwashed many people all across Rain City to fight for his cause. He used to be a political activist and underground hip-hop artist until he got involved in drug-running operations by other stronger gangs. He eventually went insane after using too many drugs that were laced with the incredibly addictive drug, Krokodil, and eventually took Rain City's criminal underground by storm. He was eventually defeated easily by Crow and left chained to a lamp pole for the police.

Daedalus

Darren Nguyen is a circus performer who specializes in aerial silks, but can perform almost any circus performance single handedly. He is the 61st person to become Daedalus, the sworn enemy against the darkness-obsessed Dark Circus who have existed not much longer than the Daedalus mantle. Deities of old were said to have imbued each Daedalus with the knowledge of every Daedalus before them and in some cases gave them equipment and training.

Emerald Hero

Benjamin Phoenix is a mixed martial artist from Emerald City. His origin story is never the same with each person that he tells it to : a car jacking gone wrong caused it, he stepped on a nail, he was inspired by a comic, etc. He makes extravagant claims about all of the villains he's stopped, but not one of his claims has been true. The truth behind this unfortunate "hero" is that he was created by someone with extensive media connections and propaganda advertising experience. Smells like Hollywood...

Hatchetman

One of the most horrific serial killers in Rain City's history if not U.S. History. Nobody is really sure how many people he has slaughtered, but it is rumored to be in the hundreds. His name remains to be unknown and his legend continues to be told to children as a deterrent for trouble. He is the closest thing to a slasher from horror movies, but in many cases he is far worse.

Raven

A former member of the Death Gods. He is rumored to be dead, but with the recent sightings of the "reaper" in Rain City even Crow is worried.

The Archer

Sean O'Brien a.k.a. The Archer has been in an on/off relationship with Lilith Romano a.k.a. Mistress Moon since 2004. He is a master bowman with both still and moving objects, a gadgeteer, and animal rights activist. He joined the S4R movement in 2009 after a protest turned violent which also he partook in.

Hazman

Gene Hansen a.k.a. Hazman is an army veteran who served two tours in the middle eastern conflict. The first tour was in Afghanistan and the second was in Tajikistan where he was captured alongside Franklin Cleveland a.k.a. Steam Tech. His left had was horribly disfigured while being tortured by the Locust Gang and he now hides it under a makeshift sprayer gauntlet which sprays a special compound that, according to Hansen, can neutralize any acid or fire and make it as harmless as water.

Kali

The Locust Gang's top master assassin. She has a personal grudge against Wolf a.k.a. Curtis Fox.

Mr. Minister

Steven Lumina a.k.a. Mr. Minister is an ordained Catholic Priest who lives on the outskirts of Capitol City. By profession, Lumina is an exorcist, but he feels that he can help fight evil and be even more crucial to the church if he helped fight apathy as well. He was inspired to help the homeless and the apathetic after seeing Alphaman in Rain City. He works alongside Hazman a.k.a. Gene Hansen in Capitol City.

Pigeon Man

Mitchell Darby a.k.a. Pigeon Man is a self-proclaimed "travelling superhero." He loves to tell other S4R members how many of them that he's met and patrolled with, how much Krav Maga is than any other martial art when he doesn't practice often, and how the New York S4R are better than every other S4R members are. He's an overall nice guy, but he prefers to be on the neutral side of things unless someone is injured in which he will gladly help with that.

Starman

Trevor Skylark a.k.a. Starman is the chubby, little, S4R propagandist in Emerald City. He, like many others in the Pacific Northwest, was inspired by Alphaman after seeing him on the news. He spreads the "gospel" of the S4R movement, but after meeting Alphaman he has since become a hate monger towards Alphaman and promoter of the Emerald Hero.
